I’m beginning to think if I just stopped reading about ways to save time, I’d have more time, but, nonetheless, my favorite tip, and, the one I struggle with the most is #5, the first twenty minutes.
The days where I actually review my schedule and plan my day at work, and, at home always go the best. Unfortunately, I don’t always do that, and, I can be distracted by the shiny things, and, that will get me off track for the rest of the day.
Having had a couple of late nights helping kids with homework recently, it’s also occurred to me that this is a skill I need to teach my middle child that, if internalized now, can help him be successful for the rest of his life.
Now, if I can just catch him to tell him about it.
