There’s a new site in town called Comeback Moms. It’s a community for mothers who are returning to work after leaving careers for family reasons.

There are articles, forums, reviews, net working opportunities and more. Check it out if you are reentering the workforce or thinking about it.

I’ve coached nearly a hundred moms returning to work over the last 3 years and I’m excited to see this site up and running.

It’s been my experience that moms-returning-to-work are an undervalued resource in our society and much of that undervaluing is them doing it to themselves.

Mom, the workforce needs you and you can balance work and family, like Elizabeth the wonderful author of this blog!
